1. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (CONUS Only)
- Carriers & Methods: We ship via USPS and UPS using standard shipping only.
- Shipping Cost: A combination of flat rate and weight-based fees may apply. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Order Processing: Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipping.
- Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may be extended on weekends and holidays.
No International Shipping
- At this time, we do not ship to locations outside of the contiguous United States.
Lost Packages
- Lost or delayed packages are the responsibility of the buyer. If you experience issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly. You can still reach out to us for guidance, but ultimately, the carrier is best equipped to locate lost packages.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Return Window & Requirements
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Return Methods
- Items may be returned in person at our store or shipped back to our store.
- If you’re mailing your return, please note that all return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds & Store Credit
- We offer store credit only for returns. No refunds to the original payment method.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit via email or in-store confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Items
- For any items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@mainlinecycles with photos and a detailed description.
